SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 27, 2013--

and head of U.S. Bank’s branch network for the Washington Metropolitan
Region. He succeeds Chris Heman, who became president of U.S. Bank in
Washington earlier this year.
Roberts is a 23-year banking veteran, starting as a teller and working
his way into top leadership positions. Most recently, he was a district
manager for U.S. Bank in the San Francisco region, where he had been for
8 years. In his new role, he will lead 650 employees at 70 branches in
Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Bellevue, Everett and the surrounding areas.
“Thomas has been instrumental in growing a presence for U.S. Bank in San
Francisco, both in terms of business and in U.S. Bank’s support of the
communities it serves,” Heman said. “He understands the importance of
our role as a trusted financial resource not only to our customers but
also in giving time and resources to organizations that are making a
difference in the community.”
"Seattle is an important market for U.S. Bank," said John Elmore, vice
chairman of community banking and branch delivery at U.S. Bank. "We have
a strong team serving our Puget Sound consumer and business customers.
I'm proud of U.S. Bank's legacy in the market and I know Thomas will
continue that momentum in the future."

similarly involved in community organizations in Seattle.
