Arijit Roy is a senior executive vice president and leads the Consumer and Business Banking product organizations in addition to the business unit risk office and strategy and alliance teams. He has served in this position since June 2024.
Previously, Roy led the Consumer Segment and Solutions team within Consumer and Business Banking, where he had responsibility for deposit products and focused on driving distinctive client experiences.
Before joining the bank in 2022, Roy held leadership positions at Truist Financial Corp., Discover Financial Services and McKinsey & Co. He also held roles at H&R Block and Sprint (now T-Mobile) earlier in his career.
Roy serves on the board of directors of the Consumer Bankers Association and is a past member of the Bank Administration Institute (now ProSight), associate boards of the American India Foundation and the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s in electronics and communications engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology in India.
