U.S. Bank Voyager to Provide Fleet Card Services for ConocoPhillips

July 13, 2004

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 2004--U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet Systems Inc. announced today that it was recently selected to provide a private label fleet card to ConocoPhillips, the nation's third largest integrated energy company.

The ConocoPhillips Fleet Card will allow customers to purchase fuel at more than 14,000 Phillips 66, Conoco and 76 branded stations nationwide, as well as charge maintenance services at 35,000 locations, in all 50 states.

The new card provides unprecedented control of all fleet fuel and maintenance expenses in one convenient and flexible program. ConocoPhillips' customers will have the ability to customize the program to align with their business needs and the expediency of managing their account online, 24-hour account access and the convenience and savings of pay-at-the-pump capabilities.

"We are delighted to have been selected by ConocoPhillips to provide our unsurpassed fleet card capabilities," said Michael Oleniczak, vice president, U.S. Bank Voyager Merchant Sales and Service. "They are a very large, well-known and well-respected petroleum brand and great strategic partner for Voyager."

"U.S. Bank Voyager has demonstrated its dedication and commitment by helping us combine three separate fleet programs into one quality program," said Mark Harper, president, ConocoPhillips U.S. Marketing. "To date, the switch to the new card has proven effective, generating a high number of new cardholder applications."

Harper said that meeting the needs of customers figured heavily in ConocoPhillips' selection and implementation of the ConocoPhillips Fleet Card. The company conducted internal and external research and utilized multiple forms of communications, such as direct mail, point-of-purchase, electronic and telephone, in launching the new card across the country.
