Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously announced, Terrance R. Dolan, U.S. Bancorp’s Vice Chair and Chief Financial Officer, and Derek J. White, U.S. Bancorp’s Chief Digital Officer, will make a presentation at the BancAnalysts Association of Boston Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, at 11:30 a.m. local time on Friday, November 8, 2019. A copy of the presentation slides, which will be discussed during the presentation, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
